We want you to be satisfied with our services. This policy outlines when and how refunds are handled.

Domain Registration Services

Domain registrations are processed through third-party registries. Due to the nature of domain registration:

  • Successful registrations are generally non-refundable, as the domain has been reserved in your name with the registry.
  • Failed registrations where payment was collected but the domain could not be registered will be refunded in full.
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors will be refunded promptly.

Software Services

For subscription-based or prepaid software services:

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the service.
  • After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Custom Development Services

Refunds for custom development work are governed by the specific agreement between you and Vers Labs. Contact us to discuss any concerns about ongoing projects.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with:

  • Your account information or order reference
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any relevant details or documentation

We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
